For estimated in-transit delivery time to your area from our Montreal Canada warehouse, please send us an E-mail for details. Orders below our $50.00 minimum ship via Air Mail only, allow 10 to 15 working days for delivery in most regions of Canada and the US - No tracking is available with this service - Shipping date e-mail confirmation only. Orders with total weights exceeding 50 kg / 120 pounds will be shipped common carrier - truck ground service. You must include a complete and valid street address, zip, area code and telephone number with your order. Allow 10 to 15 days for delivery in most regions. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekend days or holidays. Do not count these days, or the day your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS, when estimating your delivery time. We do
NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we
cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you
live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will
usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is
solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a
signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you
have asked us to include on your shipping label. International Shipping (Outside Canada and U.S.): If the shipment is abandoned the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we received a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Aqualogics - Ultra Bio-Logics Inc. will credit the customer for the value of the untampered products purchased. No refund on shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or shipping charges sending the product. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur.
